• Depart from the heritage-listed Wollongong Harbour for a 1.5-hour cruise exploring the scenic bays surrounding the Five Islands Nature Reserve: Flinders Islet (Toothbrush Island), Bass Islet (Pig Island), Martin Islet, Big Island, and Rocky Islet.

• Take in a rare, close-up view of this 26-hectare protected reserve, where public access is prohibited, making this cruise the most sustainable and intimate way to experience the islands. The cruise also passes through the gap between Martin Islet and Big Island.

• A chance to to spot dolphins, turtles, thriving seabird colonies, the endangered Sooty Oystercatcher, and the fur seal colony that calls Martin Islet home.

• Enjoy spacious comfort aboard our 60ft vessel, limited to just 22 passengers for a relaxed and uncrowded experience.

• Relax with an air-conditioned cabin, onboard toilet, walk-around deck, and a spacious outdoor deck featuring sheltered daybed and seating areas, plus open, unsheltered space perfect for panoramic views and photography.

• Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits throughout your cruise.

• Each cruise needs at least four (4) passengers to run. Your booking will remain as “Pending” until the minimum is reached.

• In the event that the number of passengers requirement is not met, individuals will be contacted at least 12 hours before and given the following options:

  • Reschedule to another day

  • Pay the minimum charge of four (4) passengers to proceed

  • Get a refund

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• There is no wheelchair access to the boat. Passengers must be able to descend and climb a vertical ladder of 3 to 5 steps from the berth to embark and disembark the boat.

• Our cruises operate rain or shine. In the event that the weather is deemed too dangerous or unfavourable for a safe experience, such as thunderstorms, high winds and/ or strong swells, our skipper will make the decision to cancel the cruise. See below for more info on our cancellation policy.

• BYO food and drinks are allowed.

• All prices shown are in Australian Dollars, and include GST, but exclude card surcharges and booking fees.

• All bookings are transferable. Bookings that are still pending may be refunded or rescheduled at any time. Once a booking is confirmed, it becomes strictly non-refundable in the event of a change of mind. Cancellations made by you will result in forfeiture of the booking.

• COVID-19 related circumstances, including but not limited to COVID positive cases, will not be entitled to refunds or reschedules. The cancellation policy will apply as usual. Read more on our COVID policy.

• Weather conditions can be unpredictable and can change at any time, which is out of our control. As a result, cancellations may occur on the day of your scheduled cruise. Kindly take this into consideration when booking accommodation specifically for this experience. We highly recommend checking with your accommodation about their policy on last minute changes and cancellations.

• Cancellations made by us due to bad weather or mechanical issues, you will be entitled to one of these options:

  • Reschedule to another day

  • Get a refund

• Complimentary reschedules are offered up to 10 days before the cruise. Any changes made after this time, up to 72 hours before the cruise, will incur a 20% amendment fee. Any changes made within 72 hours of the cruise will result in forfeiture of the booking.

• Booking fees are refundable if the booking is cancelled before the 7th day after the scheduled cruise date. Card company merchant fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Seasickness can occur during our cruises, even on calm days. The motion of the ocean is unpredictable and affects everyone differently. We strongly recommend taking preventative measures if you’re prone to seasickness. Over-the-counter remedies, natural options like ginger, or consulting your doctor for advice can make a big difference in your comfort during the trip.

Unless it’s an emergency, please understand that we cannot return to the harbour if a passenger becomes unwell. Our crew will do their best to assist, but preparation is key to ensuring a great day on the water.
