Looking to book an entire boat for a private event? Our private cruises let you fully customise your charter, whether it’s a scenic tour, ash scattering ceremony, scuba diving adventure, or filming project. Perfect for intimate gatherings, celebrations, or corporate events, you get complete flexibility to create a unique experience on the water.

$350 per hour + GST (up to 22 passengers)

Booking requires a 4-hour minimum charge on our vessel Blue Water:

Public holidays will incur a 15% surcharge

• Every Wednesday (except in December & January)

• Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, 2 January

• Customise the charter based on what you need. Applicable for non-fishing activities including, but not limited to: scuba diving, filming, animal tagging, ash scattering ceremony etc…

• Morning tea with coffee, tea, and biscuits.

• Experienced crew, including a skipper and a deckhand, for assistance throughout the trip.

• Fully functional toilet onboard.

• A deposit of 4-hr minimum charge is required at the time of booking. Any additional hours accrued on the day of the charter must be paid at the end of the service.

• There is no wheelchair access to the boat. Passengers must be able to descend and climb a vertical ladder of 3 to 5 steps from the berth to embark and disembark the boat.

• Our charters operate rain or shine. In the event that the weather is deemed too dangerous or unfavourable for a safe experience, such as thunderstorms, high winds and/ or strong swells, our skipper will make the decision to cancel the charter. See below for more info on our cancellation policy.

• BYO food and drinks are allowed, including alcohol in moderation.

• All prices shown are in Australian Dollars, and exclude GST and card surcharges.

• All bookings are transferable but strictly non-refundable for changes of mind. Cancellations made by you will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• COVID-19 related extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to COVID positive cases, will not be entitled to refunds or reschedules. The cancellation policy will apply as usual. Read more on our COVID policy.

• Weather conditions can be unpredictable and can change at any time, which is out of our control. As a result, cancellations usually occur the day before or the morning of your scheduled charter. Kindly take this into consideration when booking accommodation specifically for our charter. We highly recommend checking with your accommodation about their policy on last minute changes and cancellations.

• Cancellations made by us due to bad weather or mechanical issues, you will be entitled to one of these options:

  • Reschedule to another day

  • Get a refund (or receive a Return Voucher if a gift voucher was used for the original booking)

  • Receive a Return Voucher that is valid for 3 years, equivalent to the value of your booking

• Complimentary reschedules are offered up to 10 days before the charter. Any changes made after this time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Booking fees are refundable if the booking is cancelled before the 7th day after the scheduled charter date. Card company merchant fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
